NIMTS intensive care and intensive care beds will be allocated for the period from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024
The granting of 50 hospital beds and intensive care and intensive care beds of the Army Equity Fund Nursing Foundation (NIMTS), to cover public health needs related to the treatment of the COVID-19 coronavirus for a period from January 1, 2024 until March 31, 2024 provides for a joint decision of the Deputy Ministers of National Economy and Finance, National Defense and Health.
For the same period of time, the Nursing Foundation of the Army Equity Fund (N.I.M.T.S.) is part of the general on-call system of the E.S.Y. and its staff are compensated for their participation in the on-call program of the National Health System (ESH), at the expense of the budget of the Ministry of Health. For the compensation of the medical staff of NIMTS, due to their participation in the on-call program of the E.S.Y., the written provisions for the compensation of the on-call staff of the E.S.Y. hospitals shall be applied accordingly. ., as well as the provisions of the joint decision of the Ministers of Finance, National Defense and Health (Î’` 5821) under data F.900/9/568018/S.942/ 3.12.2021. For the compensation of the other, except doctors, staff of N.I.M.T.S. paragraphs A.1, A.2 and A.3 of article 20 of Law 4354/2015 (A` 176), on compensation for work in excess of the mandatory hours, shall be applied accordingly, without taking into account the provisions in due to provisions on maximum working hours.
