In winter, however, things are reversed and you are often dehydrated. This in itself can lead to the constant snacking or consumption of foods rich in calories and fat, such as crackers, chips, cookies, chocolates, and can confuse you with the feeling of hunger and thirst, which are often confused. .

• You stay longer at home
In combination with all the above, in winter you can be the definition of “house cat”. Surely the many hours on the couch, create a feeling of boredom and boredom, which will push you to order your favorite junkfood, snack or spend the night with your favorite chips.
