The Ministry of Health is proceeding with the introduction of new electronic services for citizens’ access to health facilities, as Adonis Georgiadis announced in his post.

“These services extend the possibility of electronic scheduling of appointments to doctors of the Primary Health Care structures and now include the electronic booking of appointments with all contracted doctors of the EOPYY” the minister specifically wrote.

In detail, the post of Mr. Georgiadis:

The Ministry of Health in collaboration with EOPYY and H.D.I.K.A. S.A., is proceeding with the introduction of new electronic services that facilitate citizens’ access to health structures.

“These services extend the possibility of electronic scheduling of appointments to doctors of the Primary Health Care structures and now include the electronic booking of appointments with all contracted doctors of the EOPYY.

The system is already available and operational. In this context, all contracted doctors of EOPYY are invited to complete the necessary preparatory actions by January 31, 2025, in accordance with the instructions of H.D.I.K.A. S.A. The relevant instructions can be found in the “Help” section of the platform https://e-prescription.gr/e-rv/d. Alternatively, those interested can contact the Help Desk of H.D.I.K.A. on the phone 11131.

The universal application of the system will begin on February 1, 2025, allowing citizens to book their appointments electronically through the website http://finddoctors.gov.gr.
