It is characteristic that more than 155 emails from doctors who encountered difficulties with the new system have been sent by ISA to the Minister of Digital Governance D. Papastergiou, who is in constant communication on the matter, with the President of ISA G. Patoulis.

The doctors’ requests have been forwarded to IDIKA, which gave them clarifications while at the same time, based on the doctors’ observations, it assured that it is making the necessary modifications in order to make the system more functional.
