It is recalled that the platform for ages 80 and up it has opened from 7/4 and about 40,000 appointments have been made to date.
These announcements were made, earlier, by General Secretary of Primary Health Care, Marios Themistokleous talking to SKAI and the show “Unmatched”.
As he pointed out, the second booster dose of the coronavirus vaccine is not mandatory nor is it linked to certificates, but is merely a recommendation.
He said that at present no decision has been made to give a fourth dose to the general population, as the scientific data is not sufficient, but said that the National Vaccination Committee is considering the third dose in children.
