The widow taught me how to give birth with frozen embryos 14 months after the death of her deceased husband’s child.

And now she is trying to have a second child using the same sperm sample.

Sarah Shellenburger, 41, a teacher in Oklahoma, USA, lost her husband Scott, 41, to a heart attack in February 2020.

Before her sudden death, the couple had difficulty getting pregnant naturally and underwent two in vitro fertilizations. During this process, two viable embryos were formed and frozen.

She was able to conceive a child using one of Haze’s embryos and welcomed him into the world in May 2021.

Now Sarah is determined to give him a sibling with the second and final embryo. Created on Valentine’s Day 2020, seven days before Scott’s death.

“My life has always dreamed of becoming a mother and I can’t imagine not continuing my journey,” Sarah told NeedToKnow.online on Instagram (@TheWesternMomma) with 10,000 subscribers. I shared it.

“My husband and I had a hard time getting pregnant. Above all, we wanted a family.

“We hope that this transfer will be successful and that our second miracle child will be brought into our family.

“In our eyes, our embryo is our child, and I have the right to do everything to bring my second child home.

“That means the world is giving Haze a brother. I have a brother and I know what a special relationship it can be. I want this for Hayes, but for me it is no more.

Sarah’s embryos were transplanted on June 23 and two weeks later you can see if they were successful.

“It’s very emotional, but also exciting,” he explains. “I am very grateful that my husband wants to live on the horizon for the second time. I know he lives with me as Haze. I will continue living.

“I know this is what Scott wanted to do, and I firmly believe he is doing everything he can to make it happen.”
