(News Bulletin 247) – Over the full year, the Group’s turnover amounted to 7.1 billion Swiss francs, up 5.3% like-for-like (LFL) and 6.5% in Swiss francs compared to 2021.

“Good growth was achieved in all product segments and all geographies,” the group said.

Sales for the Fragrance & Beauty business amounted to 3.2 billion Swiss francs, up 5.5% LFL and 5.3% in Swiss francs. Taste & Wellbeing revenue was 3.8 billion Swiss francs, up 5.2% on an LFL basis and 7.5% in Swiss francs.

Gross margin decreased from 2,855 million Swiss francs in 2021 to 2,762 million Swiss francs in 2022. Gross margin decreased to 38.8% in 2022, compared to 42.7% in 2021. EBITDA decreased by 0.4% to 1,476 million Swiss francs in 2022 compared to 1,482 million Swiss francs in 2021.

Net profit amounted to 856 million Swiss francs in 2022 compared to 821 million Swiss francs in 2021, an increase of 4.2%, resulting in a net profit margin of 12.0% compared to 12.3% in 2021 .

In terms of outlook, the Company is targeting organic sales growth of 4 to 5% like-for-like in 2025.
