(News Bulletin 247) – ADP publishes a turnover of 4688 ME for the 2022 financial year, up 68.8% compared to the previous financial year, driven by the effect of the vigorous recovery in traffic , both in Paris and abroad, and the strong momentum of retail and service activities.
At the same time, EBITDA more than doubled, going from 751 to 1704 ME. Consequently, ADP returns to profit in 2022, with a net income group share of +516 ME, far from the loss of 248 ME recorded twelve months earlier.
ADP announces that it will propose a dividend, for 2022, of 60% of NIGS, i.e. 3.13 E per share, a level 3 times higher than the target floor of 1.00 E per share.
‘In 2023, all Groupe ADP teams will remain mobilized for the ecological transition of our sector and to better welcome travelers to our airports. This ambition is reflected in our 2025 Pioneers strategic roadmap, at the service of all our stakeholders’, commented Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and CEO of ADP.
For the 2023/2025 period, ADP estimates that the group’s traffic should be between 95% and 105% of the 2019 level. The group anticipates a return from 2023 to an EBITDA at least equal to that recorded in 2019 (ie higher or equal to 1,772 ME), i.e. a year ahead of previous forecasts.
