(News Bulletin 247) – Credit Suisse reaffirms its ‘outperformance’ opinion on Deutsche Telekom with a price target raised from 23 to 25 euros, the day after the publication of the German telecoms operator’s results for its fourth quarter of 2022.
From this publication, the broker retains that the group is now very close to its objective of holding 50% or more of the capital of T-Mobile, that the trends in Germany remain strong and that the elements of the balance sheet are showing better than expected. .
He sees as catalysts a crossing of 50% in T-Mobile in the coming months, the start of a fall in debt paving the way for accretive capital allocation measures, and a continuation of the strong momentum in results.
