The energy and communications services specialist indicates that its German subsidiary Spie Deutschland & Zentraleuropa has once again won the public tender for the management of a building housing, among other things, the district town hall Hamburg-Mitte.
The building – which represents a gross area of ​​around 90,000 square meters – also houses the chancellery of the Senate and the offices of the oil downstream group Jet and the Stadtküche catering group.
The agreement includes the maintenance, inspection and repair of indoor ventilation, air conditioning, elevators, doors, sprinkler systems, electricity, heating and fittings, as well as installation technology. instrumentation and control.
This year, Spie will also convert the area allocated to the town hall of the Hamburg-Mitte district and other parts of the building to LED lighting.
This contract extension was granted by Sprinkenhof, the asset manager responsible for overseeing the commercial properties of the municipality of Hamburg.
The extension of this contract, which began in 2019, is planned for a period of three years, with the possibility of extending it for an additional year.
