(News Bulletin 247) – TotalEnergies announced on Wednesday that it had planned to reward customers of its electricity offers for the energy savings made during this winter.
The energy group points out that more than 50% of the 2.4 million private and professional customers eligible for its ‘Bonus Conso’ have reduced their consumption by more than 5% this winter.
These efforts, which resulted in an average electricity saving of 15% compared to the previous winter, which means that more than one million customers will receive an average bonus of 90 euros which will be deducted from their bill.
In order to support its customers affected by the rise in energy prices and encourage energy sobriety, TotalEnergies had launched the ‘Bonus Conso’ to reward its private electricity customers and small professionals who would save at least 5% of their consumption this winter. .
At the same time, Total plans to pay a bonus of 20 or 30 euros to its other customers, who are not eligible for the Conso Bonus, to thank them for their loyalty.
In total, more than 100 million euros will be donated to its customers.
