(News Bulletin 247) – My energy broker placed seven million euros worth of shares as part of its IPO on Euronext, which values the company at around 35 million euros.
The Bordeaux company, which specializes in energy brokerage for businesses, indicates that it placed 786,604 shares in the context of the operation, on the basis of a unit price of 9.65 euros.
The demand expressed within the framework of the offer at a fixed price, that is to say that intended for private investors, was notably served in full.
The first listing of the title on the Paris Stock Exchange is scheduled for Thursday, under the mnemonic code ALMCE.
The company, created in 2017, explains that these resources will allow it to accelerate its development and take “ambitious new steps”.
The group has thus set itself three main objectives, namely its development in France, its international expansion and the ramping up of offers linked to the energy transition of companies.
Its capital increase could be increased to 7.6 million in the event of full exercise of the over-allotment option.
