(News Bulletin 247) – Credit Suisse maintains its ‘neutral’ rating on Logitech, with a price target raised from 52 to 59 Swiss francs.
The analyst indicates that he has updated his model and refined his expectations for fiscal year 2024 (adjusted EBIT +1%), and for 2025/26 (adjusted EBITT of +8.5%) despite a forecast for revenue growth business (about 5%) almost unchanged.
“To potentially become more positive, we would need better visibility into the growth areas of gaming and video collaboration,” the analyst said.
Credit Suisse believes that the holiday season could become a growth engine for games, as the visibility of video collaboration remains low, coupled with long lead times and rollout cycles.
