(News Bulletin 247) – Claranova announces that its subsidiary Avanquest has entered into exclusive discussions with the American company Encore Software for the sale of its activities dedicated to ‘Home design’, which have become non-strategic (Non-core), and include the software assets ‘Architect 3D’.
Encore Software has been an Avanquest technology partner for many years, specializing in the development, sale and distribution of software.
This acquisition concerns all of Avanquest’s ‘Home Design’ category assets and more particularly those related to the ‘Architect 3D’ software (code, customer base, domain names, websites, graphic elements, etc.) ). Encore Software, which wishes to continue the acquired activities, could also take over, in part, the workforce of Avanquest working on this activity.
