(News Bulletin 247) – Muhamad Chahrour (37), deputy managing director and COO of flatexDEGIRO AG, has informed the supervisory board that he wishes to leave the company before the end of his mandate and at his own request in order to undertake new activities.
By mutual agreement, the parties agreed today that he will leave the company on December 31, 2023.
‘Muhammad Chahrour’s decision was unexpected for us. We are losing a long-time and loyal companion, who helped shape flatexDEGIRO strategically and operationally. During his first years as CFO, he adapted the company to the capital market by setting up a highly professional corporate finance department as well as an investor relations department’, says Martin Korbmacher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO AG.
“I look back with great pride on what we have achieved and I am grateful for the opportunity given to me in 2015. I am leaving a company in a great position with strong prospects for the future,” says Muhamad Chahrour, Deputy Managing Director and COO of flatexDEGIRO Group.
