(News Bulletin 247) – EssilorLuxottica recorded revenue growth of 8% to €6,699 million at constant exchange rates in the second quarter of the year (+4.9% at current exchange rates).

Adjusted operating income reached 2,347 million euros, representing 18.3% of revenue and up 8.8% at constant exchange rates compared to the 1st half of 2022 (+6.6% at current rates). The Group’s adjusted net income amounted to €1,655 million at 12.9% of revenue, up 9.0% at constant exchange rates compared to the first half of 2022 (+6.9% at current rates).

The Company confirms its objective of annual revenue growth of around 5% between 2022 and 2026 at constant exchange rates (based on pro forma 2021 revenue) and aims to achieve adjusted operating income of around 19 to 20% of revenue at the end of this period.
