PARIS (Reuters) – The main European scholarships are progressing at the start of the session on Thursday, except London, supported by the hopes of peace in Ukraine and business results.

In Paris, the CAC 40 rises from 0.9% to 8,114.22 points around 8:20 GMT. The Dax in Frankfurt is strengthened by 1.07%, while the FTSE in London lost 0.4%.

The pan -European FTSEUROFIRST 300 index takes 0.53%, the Eurostoxx 50 wins 0.86%and the Stoxx 600 increases by 0.44%.

Donald Trump relaunched the hopes of peace in Ukraine on Wednesday by indicating that he had exchanges with his Russian and Ukrainian counterparts and agreed with Vladimir Putin to open negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.

In the process, the defense sector lost 0.8%.

At the same time, American inflation Wednesday confirmed market forecasts for the slowdown in the monetary easing of the American Federal Reserve (Fed).

In Europe, the session will be marked by the reactions of investors with multiple business results and details provided during these presentations.

In France, Legrand gained 8.6%, Michelin 4.7%. In Europe, Nestlé climbs by 4% and 2% tradbank while Barclays, who disappointed, abandoned 4.2%.
