Washington (Reuters) – Donald Trump is not interested in a discussion with Elon Musk and no telephone interview is planned between the two men on Friday, a source said in the White House.

Donald Trump’s services had previously confirmed politico information that the American president and his former advisor would speak on the phone during the day, the day after their spectacular scramble exposed to the eyes of the whole world.

“I don’t even think of Elon. He has a problem, the poor, he has a problem,” Donald Trump told CNN on Friday.

Thursday, in just a few hours, the tensions between the most powerful man in the world and the richest broke out spectacularly, first with comments from Donald Trump in front of journalists in the White House, then salvés via social networks.

The tenant of the White House in particular threatened to put an end to the federal contracts of the companies held by Elon Musk, who said he was favorable to a dismissal of the American president.

Their attachment dropped the Tesla action by almost 15% on the New York Stock Exchange. This resumed more than 3% on Friday in the first exchanges.
