(Reuters) – Meta Platforms is recruiting four new researchers in OpenAi artificial intelligence, reported The Information on Saturday.
The researchers, Shengjia Zhao, Jiahui Yu, Shuchao Bi and Hongyu Ren, all agreed to join the company, said the report, citing a person familiar with their recruitment.
Earlier this week, Instagram’s parent company hired Lucas Beyer, Alexander Kolesnikov and Xiaohua Zhai, who all worked in Openai offices in Zurich, Wall Street Journal reported.
Meta and Chatgpt manufacturer, Openai, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Reuters.
The company recently pressure to hire more OpenAi researchers in order to participate in the superintendent efforts by the managing director Mark Zuckerberg.
Reuters could not immediately check the report.
