PARIS (Reuters) – The main European scholarships evolve in small drop at the start of the session on Monday, investors awaiting details on monetary policies.
In Paris, the CAC 40 lost 0.43% to 7,819.92 points around 07:17 GMT. The Dax in Frankfurt drops 0.15%, the FTSE in London 0.03%.
The pan -European FTSEUROFIRST 300 index fell 0.07%, the Eurostoxx 50 of 0.28%and the STOXX 600 of 0.20%.
The American Federal Reserve (Fed) lowered its key rates of 25 base points last Wednesday and indicated that it gradually lower its loan costs for the rest of the year.
Investors mainly await two new rate drops in 2025, around 25 base points in October and December, according to the Fedwatch tool of CME Group.
But the speeches of many officials of monetary policy expected in the coming days across the Atlantic could make it possible to refine these anticipations.
In Europe, the markets await speeches by the members of the Bank of England today as well as the preliminary PMIs for September Tuesday and a decision -making decision of the National Bank of Switzerland (BNS) on Thursday.
In values, Sabadell lost 4.1% after BBVA said on Monday that he wanted to raise his 10% offer on his target, at 3.39 euros per share, thus valuing his rival at 17 billion euros.
