The contract for the construction of the First Section of the New Line 4 (Veikos-Goudi Grove) was signed on June 22, 2021, while a few months earlier on March 29, 2021, the corresponding contract was signed for the preliminary works, which are already in full swing .
This is a project which consists of fifteen (15) new underground stations: Veikos Grove, Galatsi, Elikonos, Kypseli, Courts, Alexandra, Exarchia, Academy, Kolonaki, Evangelismos, Kaisariani, University Campus, Ilisia and Zografou, Zografou, Zografou, Zografou (9) intermediate and / or terminal wells, approximately 13 km long tunnel, with a contract price of 1.2 billion euros and a completion time for the entire project of 8 years.
