It’s quick and easy, so delicious and utilizes all the fresh summer vegetables. We found the recipe on Camille Styles blog.

You will need:

500 g pasta

extra virgin olive oil

3 large cloves of garlic, peeled

1 bunch of asparagus, cut into 3cm pieces

1 cup peas

1/2 beans

5 green onions

salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/3 cup basil pesto, ready or homemade

1/3 cup goat cheese crushed

for garnish: lemon zest, fresh basil and / or mint, parmesan and salt

How to make it:

In a large saucepan boil salted water and then boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat 1/4 cup olive oil in the largest pan you have.

Cut the garlic into thin slices and then sauté for about 30 seconds. Add the peas and asparagus and mix.

Cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the peas and spring onions and cook for about 1 minute.

When the pasta is ready, transfer it to a large slotted spoon directly from the vegetable pan. If accompanied by a little water the pasta will be ideal to better bind the plate.

Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Add about 1/3 cup of pesto and mix your ingredients with a large spoon.

Drizzle with a little olive oil and add the goat cheese.

Garnish with lemon zest, basil and / or mint and grated parmesan.
