Traffic regulations in Schistos and Perama

In the framework of the works of the project ¨Underground Road Connection of a Car Traffic Station with the former ODDY χώρο area, on Dimokratias Avenue, the Schistos Avenue passage and their nearby areas, Perama Municipality area, during the period from 11.06.2022 to on 11.12.2022 and throughout the 24-hour period, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be made:

– Increase from one to two of the traffic lanes in the direction from Perama to Piraeus, by occupying one of the two traffic lanes parallel to this road within the Land Port ZON SA, in the direction from Piraeus to the Freight Station / and to Schistos Regional.
– Reduction of the occupied space of the construction site in the direction current from Piraeus to Perama on the West side. The boundary of the construction site will end at the boundary of the dividing wall before the exit of the street “anonymous street” in Dimokratias Avenue in the direction of Perama. The ban on turning left from “anonymous street” on Dimokratias Avenue in the direction of Piraeus will continue to exist.
– Alternative route to Perama only for private cars (not trucks) via Maria Kiouri Street, with the installation of information signs in the direction from Piraeus to Perama at the height of the “Sklavenitis” store.

Drivers of vehicles are requested to be especially careful when passing through the work points and to follow the existing road signs.
