In the event that the use of a mask becomes mandatory again, the Athanasios Hexadaktilos, president of the Panhellenic Medical Association speaking on SKAI TV and the show “Today” about the news outbreak of the pandemic of the coronavirus in Greece.

“We cannot say that no action will be taken if we see that this is not being followed. We will not leave the situation unchecked, because you know, it is not only whether the hospitals and intensive care units will be full or not. It is the issue of human losses (…) and it is also the disruption that comes to social and economic life from people who are sick”, emphasized Mr. Hexadaktylos.

“It’s also a bit obvious… I don’t understand the person who gets into a plane that is suffocatingly full and doesn’t wear a mask, what he can be thinking at that time,” he added.
