The Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs announces today, the tables with the Minimum Admission Bases (E.B.E.) that correspond to each School or Department of Tertiary Education, for the candidates who participated in the 2022 National Examinations of both the GEL and the EPAL to be informed.
It is recalled that the E.B.E. they result from the average performance of the candidates per Scientific Field/Sector in combination with the coefficients set by the Schools/Departments of the Universities themselves. That is, a School/Department may have chosen as a Minimum Admission Basis 80% or 120% of the average performance of the candidates or any of the values ​​in between. As, also, he may have chosen for the Special Course(s) involved as the Minimum Admission Basis of Special Course or Special Courses 70% or 110% of the average performance of the candidates or any of the intermediate values ​​between this interval.
It is pointed out that together with the E.B.E. the coefficient of each E.B.E., the Special Course or practical test – if required for admission to specific Schools or Departments – and finally the corresponding E.B.E. coefficient are also displayed. Special Course.

The Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs announces that the procedures for the submission of Computerized Reports (M.D. and P.M.D) for the year 2022 start from Friday, July 8, 2022 and end on Monday, July 18, 2022.
From Friday, July 8, 2022, candidates, using their personal security code (password) that they have already acquired or are acquiring these days, will be able to visit the online address https://michanografiko.it.minedu.gov.gr/ and choose the Computerized Report (M.D) for admission to Higher Education and/or the Parallel Computerized Report (P.M.D) for admission to Public IEK.
A. As regards the Computerized Report (M.D) for admission to Higher Education, candidates can fill in some temporary preferences (TEMPORARY STORAGE) and then lock their final Computerized Report (by selecting SUBMIT TYPED) no later than Monday July 18, 2022 at 24:00. When filling out the Computer Form, candidates will see and be able to select those sections for which the average of their grades is equal to or greater than the EBE of each section, taking into account where necessary the EBE of the special course or practicals tests (competitions for TEFAA).
After the submission of the M.D. for admission to Higher Education, any modification by the candidates is possible, within the predetermined date of submission of the M.D. and only with the mediation of the school unit.
Those candidates who did not have time to obtain a password, can contact their High School, either on the scheduled on-call days or on the 2 additional days that the High Schools will be operating in July. Candidates who do not remember the password they had already obtained at their school, can either contact their high school on the scheduled on-call days or on the 2 additional days that the high schools will be open in July, or alternatively if they had registered a personal email (when obtaining of the password), set a new password through the MD application with the option “Security password reminder”, without going to the school unit.
Computerized Certificate for admission to Higher Education can be submitted by:
– Those who took part in the nationwide GEL or EPAL exams of 2022, and if they already hold or obtained a high school diploma (GEL candidates) and a high school diploma and degree (EPAL candidates).
– Those graduates who took part in the nationwide exams of the daily GEL and EPAL in the years 2020 or 2021, claiming this year 10% of the admitted places, without a new exam. Those graduates who are candidates for the 10%, participate in the selection process with the points they achieved in their last exam. For the candidates of the 10% of the year 2020, the Minimum Admission Basis (EBA) does not apply, while for the candidates of the 10% of the year 2021, the EBA, as formulated in 2021, applies.
B. With regard to the Parallel Computerized Report (P.M.D) for admission to the DIEK, the candidates in the same exclusive period from Friday 8 July 2022 to Monday 18 July 2022 at 24:00, with the same personal code security (password), they can submit the Parallel Computerized Report (P.M.D) for the Public IEK.
Those candidates who did not have time to obtain or do not remember the password, should contact their High School, either on the scheduled on-call days or on the 2 additional days that the High Schools will be operating in July.
Within the same deadline, if a candidate finalizes his parallel computerized application and wants to make any modification, then he can simply make Unfinalization through the application itself, without coming to his school. But, he should finalize it again WITHIN the deadline.
Beneficiaries to submit the Parallel Computerized Report for admission to the Public IEK are:
– The candidates who submitted an Application-Declaration and participated in the 2022 Day or Evening GEL/EPAL All-Hellenic Examinations. For the submission of the said P.M.D. they will use the personal security code (password) they have already created.
– The final students of the day or evening GEL/EPAL of the current school year who did not participate in the 2022 GEL/EPAL National Examinations. The creation of the personal security code (password) by these candidates for the submission of a Parallel Computerized Report, is done at the GEL/EPAL where they studied.

1. Candidates are advised to print and/or save on their computer the submitted finalized computer plan (which will have automatically acquired a protocol number) so that they can see their final preferences at any time.
2. It is reminded that the deadline for submission of the MD and PMD is exclusive and after its absence no candidate will be able to proceed with their finalization.
3. For any information, support, even the use of a computer that they may not have, the candidates will be able to contact their High Schools, which will be open on the days with the scheduled shifts of each High School and in addition on Wednesday 13-7-2022 and on Monday 18-7-2022.
4. Finally, it is reminded that the candidates who are referred to the Repeated Nationwide Exams in September, submit a Computerized Report with their preferences, after the Repeated Exams, at which time they will be able to obtain a personal security code (password).
