“His brother told me that he will move heaven and earth to find his brother, mobilizing whatever it takes,” reports Christos Ramos.
His brother arrives tomorrow morning in Greece from the USA 31-year-old Martin Jovanovski who has been missing for six 24 hours after he and his two friends were swept away by sea currents at the beach of Mytis of Poseidi in Chalcidice.
Martin’s brother will come tomorrow morning on a flight from the United States to Macedonia airport, from where he will be picked up by the head of OFKATH’s volunteer rescuers, Christos Ramos, and they will go to Haldiki.
Mr. Ramos, conveying to Voria.gr the words of his brother Martin, asked them to prepare for a big operation as he will do whatever it takes to find his brother. “His brother told me that he will move heaven and earth to find his brother, mobilizing everything he needs. He informed us to be ready for anything and he might lift a plane again, as he did yesterday,” notes the head of volunteer rescuers. “I will do anything and at any cost to find my brother,” Martin’s brother told Mr. Ramos.
At the same time, he informs that the psychological state of the 31-year-old’s mother is quite difficult. “We hope that with the arrival of her other son she will be able to calm down a bit. She is a woman alone in a country who doesn’t even speak the local language. Even some of her relatives who had come from North Macedonia have left and she is completely alone, only with us”, he adds.
