Death of three children: The apology of Roula Pispirigou has been completed

The apology of Roulas Pispirigou has been completed.

For 3 whole hours he answered the interrogator’s questions.

Then he appeared before the prosecutor and at 15:22 he left building 9.

As she states again in her memorandum, she denies the charge attributed to her in its entirety. The fact that every time he talks about the unfortunate 9-year-old angel, he refers to her as “my Georgina” makes an impression.

The prosecution for the second felony against the 33-year-old woman was brought by the First Instance Prosecutor Giorgos Noulis and was based on the evidence of the file that the Justice has in its hands, about Georgina’s journey from hospital to hospital until finally in January 2022 she succumbed to the toxic substance allegedly given to her by her mother.

The attempted murder for which Roula Pispirigou apologizes today, concerns what happened inside the Karamandane Hospital of Patras in April 2021.

According to the indictment that Pispirigou is asked to refute, everything that led then, to the 9-year-old child’s irreversible damage with quadriplegia, were the criminal actions of his mother. The disputed time began on April 8, 2021 when Georgina was admitted to Karamandanio.

According to data available to the authorities, the child’s parents allegedly had an appointment with a law firm in Patras that day with the aim of issuing a divorce. Just 18 days before, the youngest girl of the Daskalaki family, 6-month-old Irida, had died in the room where she slept with Georgina.

In 2019, Georgina also lost her 3.5-year-old sister, Malena. On the day in question, the little girl was admitted to the Hospital, with the mother telling the doctors that Georgina was having convulsions.

The tests the 9-year-old underwent did not confirm any pathological condition.

However, on April 11, 2021, the child suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest, with the mother notifying the doctors in a manner, as stated in the case file, rather especially cool for the seriousness of the situation.

The incident was dealt with when a nurse saw Georgina bruised and alerted the doctors. Doctors brought her back after 50 minutes, but the child had suffered hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, causing her to become a paraplegic.

Roula Pispirigou is being investigated as to whether she was involved in the deaths of her other two children, a case handled by Prosecutors Apostolos Andreou and Antonis Eleftherianos.

It seems that after the written explanations given by the 33-year-old as a suspect in the deaths of her other two children, the prosecutors are ready to proceed to the next criminal step to complete their investigation.
