SKAI provides answers to basic questions about the compulsory vaccination of citizens over the age of 60.
The age group over 60 is very concerned about scientists and the government, as it is the citizens who are most at risk of getting seriously ill, being intubated and losing their lives.
According to hospital data, 9 out of 10 deaths from coronavirus, 7 out of 10 hospitalizations and 8 out of 10 intubations concern citizens over 60 years of age. At the same time, in the last fortnight when the new restrictive measures were taken, the increase in vaccination appointments was only 3%.
1. How does the state know if I have been vaccinated?
Through AMKA he can see who are those who have not been vaccinated with a cross from the AADE that has the data of all citizens and based on age will be found those who are over 60 years old and have not even made an appointment for the first dose.
2. How is the fine imposed?
AADE will send the data to the tax office and thus will be certified every month a fine of 100 euros to 60+ who have not done the first installment.
3. What about those who are excluded from vaccination?
A large number who are excluded from the vaccination, have already done the necessary procedures and have all the papers proving that they can not do the vaccine for medical reasons. Those who have not done so, will go to the competent Committee of the Ministry of Health, will submit the papers from a public hospital and their doctor and will receive the discharge if justified.
4. How will the self-tests be procured?
The citizen will go to the pharmacy with his AMKA, will declare it and will take his self test for free for the period 6-12 December and another one for the period 3-7 January.
