According to the British publication, the police are examining the scenario that the unfortunate Jack had forgotten his mobile phone in the helicopter and ran back to get it back.

A new version of the tragic death of 22-year-old Jack Fenton from the helicopter propeller in Spata seems to be being considered by the Greek authorities, according to what the Daily Mail writes.

According to the publication, the Police investigators are examining the scenario that the unfortunate Jack had forgotten his mobile phone in the helicopter and ran back to get it back.

A spokesperson for the Hellenic Police is quoted as saying to the Mail online: “Our investigation is continuing but is now focused on the case that Jack forgot his mobile phone on the helicopter and that is why he suddenly returned to it to retrieve it.

We’re still going through the depositions, but some eyewitnesses saw him with a cell phone in his hands moments before he was killed. When we have completed our investigation, we will send the file to the prosecutor, who will decide whether charges should be laid.”

And Jack Fenton’s sister yesterday dismissed claims the 22-year-old was taking selfies and didn’t notice the propeller that split him apart was still running.
