The alleged victim had told her friend what had happened in the actor’s dressing room and showed her the message the accused had sent her: “It was very obscene. Maybe the most obscene thing I’ve ever seen,” said the witness

With the testimony of a friend and colleague of one of the three actresses who denounce him Petros Filippidis for sexual violence, in his dressing room in 2010, the proceedings before the Joint Jury continued.

At today’s first meeting, after the proceedings were interrupted at the end of July due to heat, a close friend of the second complainant, their colleague the chief, took the stage.

As the witness said, her friend was excited at the prospect of substituting in the show “Bakalogatos”, but after the date with the accused actor, she had seen her terribly upset. According to what the witness testified, only a short time after the alleged attack on her friend by Petros Filippidis, and while the alleged victim had told her what had happened in the actor’s dressing room, she saw the message that the accused sent to her friend: “It was very obscene. Probably the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. He was asking for sexual acts and he was telling her that she won’t get away with it next time,” the witness described.

Responding to a related question, the witness said that she did not think of suggesting that her friend report the leader as “he was a very powerful man… I shouldn’t have handled it like that. I was trying to comfort my friend.”

The witness, as she testified, six years after what happened to her colleague and friend, collaborated with the defendant in the show “Death of the Merchant”, a collaboration she described as “very good”.

Prosecutor: I am surprised that while something so serious has happened to your girlfriend, you cooperated with him.

Witness: Being an actor is a very difficult job. I had a contract with the National, I am not from a rich family, I could not afford not to work. When things are so difficult you can betray your solidarity.

Prosecutor: Did you take her to tell her?

Witness: Yes, I informed her immediately. He told me to go to work, that it will be in the National and therefore the environment will be protected.

The trial continues tomorrow.
