Bibilas for Filippidis: He had a tendency to gossip – He disappointed me

With the deposition of the president of the union of Greek actors Spyrou Bibila the trial of Petros Philippidis continues today in the mixed jury court.
Mr. Bibilas appeared without making statements to the television cameras, while a little while ago he took the stand as a witness.

The president of SEH, after clarifying that there has never been a false witness and that he will only testify the truth, referred to the relationship he maintained with the accused.
He described him as “the man of his life” as he had his respect and love. But everything turned upside down when the complaints against the actor started.
“I have love for this man. However, the latest events disappointed me,” he testified.

He then referred to the first complainant whom he has known as he said since she was a child and he was the one who introduced her to Petros Filippidis.
“I told him she was my good friend. I asked him to look after her. Unfortunately (Petros) has a tendency to gossip.”

He then answered a question from the president and his wife’s claim before the MOD a few days ago that the complainant was “falling for” the well-known actor.
“How is it possible for the girl to fall for Petros? -he wondered-.if this happened, Petros would have to take her mother.”

He then stated that Filippidis had relationships with many women and that he had also heard the words “abortion” and “rape”.
Finally, he testified that Petros Philippides had called him on the phone in order to find out about the complaints against him, while for a complainant he asked him to take her so that she would not talk.
