– The Saturday October 1st the electronic submission of the E4 form (annual personnel table) to the “ERGANI” Information System will begin. In accordance with the relevant provisions and according to the standard procedure, companies submit the annual staff list (E4 form) to the P.S. “EMPLOYEES”, where they register all the information, legally provided, for the workers they employ, in relation to dependent work. The deadline for submitting the annual staff list is 31 October.

After the completion of the inventory process of the working hours, in the P.S. “ERGANI” will display the scheduled working hours per employee, branch or company, in digital calendar format.

The mechanism for organizing working time in P.S. “ERGANI” monitors the scheduling of hours, the declared overtime and the granting of permits, in a single, structured format, with the possibility of processing and displaying the scheduled working hours per day, in a digital calendar format. The digital calendar will be immediately available to the employee through the myErgani mobile app, as well as through the myErgani web portal for employee information (https://myErgani.gov.gr).

The Digital Work Card has been fully implemented since last July in the branches of banks and of Super Market employing more than 250 workers.

According to the accounting data for the period up to September 20, the application rate of the Digital Labor Card, (ie the percentage of employees using the card), is 94.74%.

Particularly:

The Digital Labor Card is used by 111,220 workers in the two sectors, a number that corresponds to 94.74% of all liable workers, which are 117,390 (121,313 employed minus 3,923, who hold positions of responsibility, who are excluded from the Digital Card).

The application rate in supermarkets is 95.93%, as the Card is used by 84,622 employees out of a total of 88,209 (89,107 minus 898 employees in positions of responsibility). In five chains the percentage reaches 100%.

In banks, the Digital Work Card is used by 26,598 employees out of a total of 29,181 (32,206 minus 3,025 who hold positions of responsibility), i.e. a percentage of 91.15%. In 14 credit institutions the application rate is 100%.

“The fact that the implementation rate has not yet reached 100% is mainly due to the implementation, especially in banks, of a remote work/telework system, the implementation of voluntary exit schemes, (for which the process of informing P. S. “ERGANI” regarding the solutions of the respective employment contracts), in cases of long-term leaves, as well as the fact that few companies have yet to proceed with the implementation of the measure” clarifies the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

At the same time, the ministry is particularly notifying the few businesses that have not adapted, that, from October 1, there will be checks for the implementation of the Digital Labor Card and the sanctions provided for in the relevant ministerial decision will be imposed.
