Patras: Two men were identified for mass revenge porn

Two men, residents of Athens, were identified by the Police as being responsible for the massive revenge pornwhich was revealed after complaints from women who saw their private moments posted online.

The men were identified six months ago and a few days ago they were called to testify by the Prosecutor’s Office of Patras.

The issue was brought to the public by the newspaper “Peloponnisos” and pelop.gr, revealing the existence of a list which includes 141 foldersand each one also involves a girl from Patras.

Inside the folder, one can see videos and photos of the girl from her private moments, either alone in a place or with a partner.

The file – which has not been “uploaded” to the internet, but is “shared” from mobile to mobile via the “mega play” application used to send large files – includes more than 1,000 photos and videos.

According to information, hundreds (maybe even thousands) of people have the list on their mobile phones and of course some… refer these unsuspecting girls! Some seem to know that they are being videotaped or photographed, but others don’t.

The same sources report, according to the same publication, that only one of the 141 has filed lawsuits against specific people who leaked videos of their private moments. This is a girl who works in a well-known paternal chain cafe in the wider area of ​​Agia Sophia and who had been informed of the existence of the video before it was included in the list.
