Weather: Autumn landscape with a slight drop in temperature

Autumnal weather today, Wednesday.

Clouds will be observed in the eastern mainland, central and eastern Macedonia, Sporades, Evia, western Peloponnese and Crete, temporarily increased with local rain at intervals and possibly isolated storms in the morning hours in the region of Halkidiki.

In the rest of the country, the weather will be generally clear with temporary clouds in the continental areas in the midday and afternoon hours.

The winds in the Aegean will blow from north directions 5 to 7 and from noon locally up to 8 Beaufort.

The temperature will drop mainly in the central and southern areas and in most areas its maximum value will not exceed 23 to 24 degrees Celsius.

MACEDONIA, THRACE
Weather: In central and eastern Macedonia, a few clouds temporarily increased with local rains and possibly isolated storms in the morning hours in the region of Halkidiki. In the rest of the areas, generally sunny with temporary clouds in the midday and afternoon hours.
Winds: Northerly 3 to 5 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 10 to 23 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia 2 to 3 degrees lower.

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIROS, WESTERN Mainland, WESTERN PELOPONNISE
Weather: In the south, clouds temporarily increased with local rains mainly in the western Peloponnese. In the rest of the areas, generally sunny, with local clouds from the midday hours.
Winds: From eastern directions 3 to 5 Beaufort and from late afternoon in the northern Ionian north with the same intensity.
Temperature: From 14 to 25 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus 3 to 4 degrees lower.

THESSALIA, EASTERN CONTINENTA, EASTERN PELOPONNISUS
Weather: In the Sporades, Magnesia and in places the eastern Sterea, clouds temporarily increased with local rains. In the rest of the areas, generally sunny with temporary clouds in the midday and afternoon hours.
Winds: Northeast 4 to 6 and in the south from noon local 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 12 to 24 degrees Celsius.

CYCLADES, CRETE
Weather: In Crete, a few temporarily increased clouds and a few local rains of short duration. In the Cyclades, almost open air.

Temperature: From 18 to 23 and locally in southern Crete up to 25 degrees Celsius.

Temperature: From 17 to 26 degrees Celsius. In the north 3 to 4 degrees lower.

EUBOEA
Weather: Temporarily increased clouds with a few local rains.
Winds: Northeast 4 to 6 and from the afternoon to the south 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 13 to 22 degrees Celsius.

ATTICA
Weather: A few clouds, temporarily increased in the midday and afternoon hours.
Winds: North northeast 4 to 6 and in the east from the afternoon locally 7 Beaufort.
Temperature: From 15 to 23 degrees Celsius.

THESSALONIKI
Weather: A few clouds at times increasing until the afternoon.
Winds: Northerly 3 to 4 Beaufort and from midday changeable conditions.
Temperature: From 12 to 22 degrees Celsius.

In the eastern mainland, Evia, the Cyclades, Crete, the islands of the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese, a few clouds are forecast temporarily increased with local rains mainly in Crete, the Cyclades and Evia. In the rest of the country, generally clear weather with sparse clouds in places and denser at times.

Winds will blow from northerly directions in the west 3 to 5, in the east 5 to 7 and in the Aegean locally 8 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change appreciably and will reach 23 to 25 degrees in most areas and 26 to 27 degrees Celsius in places in the western continents.
