The 20-year-old Bulgarian citizen was accused that on the afternoon of September 19, 2019, in the area of ​​Almyros, he had sexually assaulted the 50-year-old with mental disability. He had been arrested, but had been placed on probation and released pending trial.

The 20-year-old allegedly violated the restrictive conditions, disappeared from his place of residence and allegedly left Greece. His 12-year-old accomplice was accused of having told the 50-year-old mentally challenged victim to go to the area, where the 20-year-old was allegedly waiting for him.
