Volos: A minor reported rape by a 22-year-old father of a minor child

The police authorities of Volos are investigating the complaint of a 16-year-old girl that she was a victim of rape in the early hours of Sunday (23/10) by a 22-year-old married man and the father of a minor child.

The 16-year-old student reported her rape at 3 in the morning at the Volos police station, claiming that everything happened in a car in a seaside area of ​​Magnesia.

In accordance with TheNewspaper.gr it all started when on Saturday night (22/10) the 22-year-old went to the Chiliados Sports Center to settle his differences with a 26-year-old, who was slandering him.

A fierce fight allegedly broke out there, with the 16-year-old girl who was in the company of the 26-year-old man intervening to calm things down.

A little while later, the 22-year-old who was reported for rape, with a friend of his and the 16-year-old with a friend of hers left and headed to a village in the wider area. The two friends got out of the car to use cannabis and the 22-year-old and the 16-year-old stayed inside. Then, according to what the 16-year-old told the police, her nightmare began, as the 22-year-old father sexually assaulted her and raped her inside the vehicle.

Then, when the group arrived in Volos, the 16-year-old went to the Police and reported the incident, while she was transferred to the University Hospital of Larissa to undergo tests that will clarify the case. The alleged perpetrator denies the accusations and believes that the tests will prove that the 16-year-old girl was never raped by him.
