Androulakis for October 28: The sacrifice of the Greeks in the epic of the 1940s will forever be a compass

by

Every dialogue must be based on international law and not on the law of the powerful, says the president of PASOK

“The epic of the 1940s is a timeless symbol of sacrifice for the homeland,” emphasizes the president of PASOK KINAL, N. Androulakis, in his message for the anniversary of October 28.

As he adds: “In today’s era of geopolitical turmoil and great uncertainty, we must work to strengthen the country’s position in economic and social terms within the European Union, but also with a sense of unity to safeguard our national interests against any kind of revisionism and especially the provocative Turkish leadership.

Any dialogue must be based on international law and not on the law of the powerful.

That’s why when some challenge international treaties by undermining stability in the Southeast Mediterranean, they don’t keep an equal distance from partners or the NATO leadership. Nor, of course, new agreements on armament programs. THE sacrifice of the Greeks in the epic of the ’40 it will forever be a compass of responsibility and national dignity for all of us.

Happy birthday to all Greek women and to all Greeks”, concludes the message of Mr. Androulakis.
