The Panhellenic Medical Association (PIS) has created a new digital platform where citizens can find doctors who perform vaccinations at home, but also in their clinics, in an effort to help speed up the vaccination program and facilitate citizens.
On the digital platform https://emvolio.giatroi.org.gr/ already in full operation, hundreds of doctors from all over the country of various specialties, as well as pediatricians are involved in order to facilitate the children as well.
Citizens can use the index of participating Private Doctors on the platform to locate a doctor near their area.
In particular, they can choose Prefecture and City to be found in the list of doctors based on the criteria they wish.
In the relevant display of the participating doctor, there are all the contact details, so that the citizen can make an appointment for his vaccination.
The Panhellenic Medical Association points out once again the need for immediate vaccination of all citizens, in order to be protected against the new Omicron mutation which is expected to prevail in our country according to international scientific data.
He also emphasizes that “the state must immediately proceed with the strengthening of Primary Health Care (PHC), especially at this time when the pandemic due to the Homicron mutation, may take on new and more dangerous dimensions. “Citizens should therefore have immediate access to Primary Health Care Units so that they can receive the necessary health services without delay and without having to go to a hospital if it is not necessary.”
