KTEL bus ticket discounts apply to substitute and newly appointed teachers during the Christmas and New Year holidays
With 50% off substitute and newly appointed teachers and professors will be able to travel by KTEL during the Christmas and New Year holidays to their place of residence and vice versa.
According to the decision of the Panhellenic Federation of Motorists of Interurban Transport (POAUS), which responded positively to the relevant letter addressed by the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, responsible for Transport, Michalis Papadopoulos, at the request of the Deputy Minister of National Education and Religious Affairs, Zettas Makri.
In particular, on 22, 23 and 24/12/2022 and on 7 and 8/01/2023, the above educational officers will be able, upon presentation of the ministerial decision stating their recruitment and presentation of their police ID, to receive tickets with a 50% discount from the Federation’s intercity bus ticket offices.
The two deputy ministers express their thanks to POAUS for its positive response, which contributes again this year to the seamless and financially favorable filling of education positions
