When will the unemployed be deleted?

In this case, his deletion will last 2 years and the unemployment benefit will be interrupted. Deletion is also provided for in case of refusal to participate in a training program.
When this happens, the unemployed person will be removed from the register for 6 months and will not be paid unemployment benefit for the same period.
In addition, in order to remain on the unemployment register, the unemployed person must proceed to draw up a digital individual action plan in collaboration with the DYPA employment advisor (OAED).
Also, in order to be able to remain on the list of unemployed, one must meet the income criteria. In other words, there will be an income cutter.
