Car and motorcycle owners will be able to pick up their vehicle plates, which were removed by the Athens Municipal Police, from Wednesday, December 21, in order to facilitate their movements for the Christmas holidays.
The plates will be returned after payment of the corresponding fine and upon presentation of the documents necessary for receiving the documents (driving license, insurance policy, police ID or deemed authorization in the event that a third party will receive them), from the offices of the Municipal Police of the Municipality of Athens (Ag. Konstantinou 14, 1st floor), from 09.00 in the morning to 15.00 in the afternoon.
Caution:
License plates and driving licenses that have been taken away by the Municipal Police for anti-social parking violations (parking on disabled ramps, P-71, P-72) will not be returned, as well as in cases for which relevant decisions have been issued by judicial authorities.
