A window of a neighboring house was broken, fortunately without any injuries.
A 29-year-old man was arrested, this morning, in Koropi, by police officers of the Kropia Security Department in collaboration with the Southeast Attica Security Sub-Directorate, accused of violating the law on weapons and damaging foreign property.
In particular, according to ELAS, during the change of time, the accused shot unnecessarily while he was at his house, as a result of which a window of a neighboring house broke, without, fortunately, causing any injury.
The bullet and the weapon, which the 29-year-old legally owned, were seized and will be sent to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations for laboratory examination.
The arrested person is going to be taken to the criminal prosecutor of Athens.

“A 29-year-old citizen was arrested early today, 2-1-2023, by police officers of the Kropia Security Department in collaboration with the Southeast Attica Security Sub-Directorate in Koropi, accused of violating the law on weapons and damaging foreign property.
In particular, during the change of time, the 29-year-old fired an aimless shot at his house, resulting in the breaking of a glass pane of an adjacent house, with no injuries reported.
The fireball and the weapon, which he legally possessed, were confiscated and will be sent to the D.E.E. for laboratory examination.
The person arrested with the case filed against him will be taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Athens”.
