The actor, who spent twelve months in prison for the case, has been on trial since last March accused of one act of rape and two attempted rapes.

His wife and son have been by Petros Filippidis’ side since the first day of the trial. The actor, who, according to his lawyer, is facing serious health problems, was released from prison during the trial, last July when the MOD accepted the request to replace his temporary detention.
The apology of the accused actor may not be completed today.
