“Following a written order from the Minister of Citizen Protection, given on January 26, 2023, an investigation was conducted into the incident of the control of 4 people on November 22, 2021 in the area of ​​Amarousi Attica, by five men of the DI.AS Team.

The investigation, which includes statements from those involved, was conducted by the Deputy Chief of the Hellenic Police and the conclusion reached is signed by the Chief and the Deputy Chief of the Corps.

According to this, the prescribed police check was carried out, which included a check of the identity cards of the 4 citizens through a terminal and a physical search of the checked, after they were first asked to deposit all the items they brought with them, with a negative result.

As a result of the above actions, nothing untoward was found against them, the audit was delayed and the DI.AS team in question. continued her patrol.”
