Officers of the Property Rights Protection Department of the Thessaloniki Security Directorate, after an investigation carried out in the context of an urgent preliminary examination of the Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki, filed a case against a 47-year-old for influencing intermediaries.
In particular, according to the police investigation, the 47-year-old in November came to a telephone conversation with a couple, falsely claiming that she is an anesthesiologist and claiming on the one hand that she has specialized medication-treatment for complete cure from Covid-19. hospitals of the city for the provision of a bed in an intensive care unit (ICU), asked for and received 3000 euros. The money was her fee for the cost of treatment for both the father of the man and the father of the woman who was hospitalized in the city.
The formed case file will be submitted to the Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki.
