Criminal proceedings were brought against them for forming and joining a criminal organization to commit multiple felonies (distinguished thefts), provision of movable property to a criminal organization, aggravated theft, committed and attempted, by several who had organized for the purpose of committing thefts, committed in succession, of which the total value of the stolen items exceeds the amount of 120,000 euros, infidelity, violence against employees, dangerous driving with common risk to a person, dangerous bodily harm against an employee in the performance of his duty and possession of narcotic substances to same and exclusive use.
