“The living conditions of the patients were indescribable, they were pathetic. In addition to the aggressive behavior of the owner of the clinic, the doctor, it was also the staff. All the staff were abusive. At night they brought coffins. Every time someone died, because there could be two deaths in one day, the coffins were brought at night so that the neighborhood would not see them»

“He tied the patients, whether it was to the beds, or whether it was to some radiator with their hands behind their backs. This man to me is a criminal. He tied them up and could leave them with dirt on them for hours. He clearly cared about how he would fill his pocketu”
As she says before the visit everything was changing.
“Usually the visiting hours while I was working there were from 17:00 to 20:00. Before, in the afternoon shift i.e. 3:00 p.m., the staff put a lot of pressure to have everything perfect, so that at 5:00 p.m. when the relatives would come, everything would be perfect and at 8:00 p.m. as soon as the doors were closed, the torture would begin for these people .
