Three people were arrested in Rethymno for possession and trafficking of narcotics, namely two citizens and a foreigner, accused of drugs and weapons.

With the appropriate use of evidence, a coordinated police operation was organized by the Drug Prosecution Department of the Rethymnon Security Sub-Directorate, during which one citizen and the foreigner were located near the home of the second citizen. At that time, they had procured narcotics and during a check they were found in their possession and confiscated a small amount of cocaine and cannabis. A search followed in the house, which was being used as a place to hide drugs (kavanza), where they found and confiscated: “12 equal-weight improvised packages of cocaine, containing cocaine, with a total weight of six (6) grams, 21 grams of cannabis, 2 precision electronic scales , various paraphernalia for drug packaging, an iron fist, the sum of 90 euros as proceeds from the purchase and sale of drugs and 3 mobile phones.
