“He beat me up live on Facebook” -Shocking testimony from the hostage victim in Agios Panteleimon

by

Shocking are the descriptions of the woman who was taken hostage by her 34-year-old partner in Agios Panteleimon, with the Egyptian perpetrator even threatening to blow up the apartment building where she lived, with a gas cylinder.

According to the man, he loaded her with wood, kidnapped her and held her hostage, and in fact he shared all this in a live broadcast with his friends on Facebook.

He also complains that the perpetrator was holding a gas cylinder, opened the faucet and with a handgun in his hands shouted “I’m not going out with anything, we will all die together”

Her shocking testimony in detail:

“I have been living in Greece for three years. We have been in a relationship with Ahmed for the last 4 months. He had told me that he wanted me and my sister to go to his house to do New Year. We did not go and he got upset. He was agile and had aggressive behavior, and caused fights for insignificant reasons. I tried to calm him down, but he would not let me talk. He took my cell phone, videotaped me and made a live broadcast on Facebook to his friends in Egypt. He took me to his house and beat me non-stop. When the police arrived, he took the gas cylinder, turned on the tap, turned off the gas and held the lighter in his hands. I was very scared. He told the police that I had cheated on him, that I was his wife, he would do whatever he wanted to me and not care. “I’m not going out with anything,” he said, adding that we would all die together. “He said he had been caught seven times without doing anything and that there were no laws here.”
