For the second time, the pregnant worker who had been fired from a company in Ilia was vindicated, with the Court’s decision now being final.
Her case was heard a few days ago and in the second instance by the Single-Member Court of Appeal of Patras, where with final decision no. 496/2022 it again vindicated the pregnant woman, ultimately awarding compensation of 21,339.45 euros, while rejecting the company’s appeal against the first instance decision.
